This 0.5 ton honey processing equipment includes 6 parts :
N0.1 is preheating /mixing tank made with 304 stainless steel , and
NO.2 is electrical cabinet ,NO.3 is the filter ,and NO.4 is the
concentration tank with 80 Liters volume ,and NO.5 is the condenser
for cooling water (Water can be recycled ),because we use water for
heating the raw honey .And, NO.6 the black part is the vacuum pump.
That is all for the structure .
Secondly , let me introduce the operation process .
Before operation ,we should connect the electric cabinet to the
power supply ,and we also ensure the condenser be connected to the
water source .After this ,now let's start the processing. Put the
raw honey into the preheating and mixing tank , switch the heating
and the stir button ,and at the same we should set the temperature
and watch the temperature here ,and from here(thermometer)we can
check the temperature of the raw honey insides the tank timely.
When the temperature reaches to 60 degree Celsius ( Only for
reference) ,the raw honey will be ready for flowing into the
concentration tank .Now we should switch on the vacuum pump and
open the valve here ,with the running of vacuum pump ,the raw honey
will flow into the concentration tank .Here is the pressure gauge
and this one is the temperature gauge , we can check the
temperature insides the raw honey timely .From the inspection
window ,we can check the situation inside the tank ,and when the
pressure reaches to 0.08 Mpa ( for reference) ,the raw honey will
be ready (after processing) ,until now the finished honey is
produced ,then we can open the honey outlet .the finished honey
will flow out from here ,until here the concentration process is
finished .
Finally , we shall open the steam valve here,that is all for the
processing of operation.
